My pup and I were very pleased with the quality of service and timelines of our spa appointment. They got us in very quick and took excellent care of our small dog. We've only been to one other groomer in the past and as my puppy can be a bit skidish (chihuahua X) we were nervous, the groomer (sorry I missed their name) was so lovely and kind and made me feel like I made the right choice bringing Ohana to them. I was recommended A Royal Touch from a local corgi Facebook group and I am so happy with their services. I’d never taken my girl to get this done and being a helicopter dog parent, I was stressed leaving her with strangers. But she came out of there so happy and now looks amazing. Plus, they put little pink bows on her and they’re adorable. I highly recommend this place. You can tell they love dogs and that’s the core of what they do.

If you’re not happy with your current groomer or you’re looking for a groomer for your new puppy you’ve found the right place. Our boy has been coming here for almost 4 years and we couldn’t be happier.

Great experience here. We have two large dogs and they have always been well groomed. Our labradoodle is very anxious (this is her nature regardless) and at drop off she is extra nervous but her groomer takes good care of her to help her settle. When we pick them up they are always happy and look so cute.

We had a terrible experience at our last groomers that left our pup terrified. We searched for the best and definitely found it! Thank you to A Royal Touch for taking such great care of our little one. Bath, haircut and nail trim - all three services were executed marvellously! And the staff, completely amazing! This is now our go-to place! Nothing but the best for Dolce!

So after having a HORRIBLE experience with a precious groomer I found “A Royal Touch Pooch Parlour” I spoke to Sarah…told her our dog was basically in shambles lol (not a lie) she said not a problem…she got him in really quickly…and before making a decision on wat to do with Teddy she made sure to message me and explain the issues and how she can fix it and still make him look adorable…and she did just that…we are 100% pleased with how Teddy came home…excellent customer service…prices are good…and Teddy will 100% be a regular customer…thanks so much for everything u did for us and Teddy we truly appreciate it
